PARTNER MANUEL L. DOBRINSKY OF FREIDIN DOBRINSKY NAMED LEGAL ELITE IN FLORIDA TREND MAGAZINE 2009 EDITION

MIAMI- Partner Manuel L. Dobrinsky of Freidin • Dobrinsky, a Miami-based personal injury and medical malpractice litigation law firm, was recently named to Florida's Legal Elite published in the July 2009 edition of "Florida Trend Magazine."

The sixth annual edition of Florida Trend's Legal Elite names the top two percent of practicing attorneys in Florida and is widely regarded as one of the preeminent referral guides to the legal profession. Honorees are nominated by other members of the Florida Bar, and are then selected based on the number of votes they receive by an independent research firm and a Blue Ribbon Panel of prominent lawyers.

Manuel L. Dobrinsky's areas of practice include complex and catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice and consumer fraud claims. He received his undergraduate degree from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York, and received his law degree from University of Virginia School of Law in Charlottesville, Virginia. He is also fluent in Spanish.

Dobrinsky's other honors and committee appointments include being President of the Miami-Dade Justice Association, a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the American Inns of Court, the Ad Hoc Committee on Attorney Admissions, Peer Review, and Attorney Grievance for the Federal Courts in the Southern District of Florida. He also serves as an instructor for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.

In addition, he is included in the 2009 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of personal injury litigation, Florida Super Lawyers as one of the "Top Attorneys in Florida", Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and is consistently recognized in the South Florida Legal Guide as one of Florida's top personal injury attorneys.
