T. Omar Malone Appointed Ad Hoc Committee on Rules & Procedures
MIAMI, Fla.- T. Omar Malone, an attorney in the Miami base law firm of Freidin • Dobrinsky, has been appointed by Chief Judge Moreno to the Ad Hoc Committee on Rules and Procedures of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
The Ad Hoc Committee is charged with reviewing the local Rules of the Court and to monitor the workings of the Rules through periodic and regular public meetings. The Committee will also undertake the review of specific proposals or areas of inquiry which may from time to time come from the public, the Bar, Judges of this Court, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
T. Omar Malone specializes in personal injury, auto accidents, premises liability, and consumer fraud cases. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Florida Justice Association and is on the board of directors of the Dade County Bar Association.
