Personal Injury Protection (PIP) to be Reinstated

MIAMI, Fla.- The requirement to carry PIP coverage on your auto insurance policy expired on October 1st. However, the Florida legislature has voted to restore mandatory PIP coverage as of January 1, 2008. This means that if your auto policy is due for renewal between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31 of this year, you could potentially be at risk for a lawsuit if you are involved in an auto accident. We encourage you to review your current policy. To learn more, feel free to call our firm at 1-866-495-8060.
