FREIDIN · DOBRINSKY successfully reduced their client’s residential property value by close to $1.3 million for tax assessment purposes. The county property appraiser initially assessed the value of the property as being $6,397,796. Through its efforts, FREIDIN · DOBRINSKY was able to convince the county to reassess and revalue the property at $5,000,996. The almost $1.3 million reduction occurred prior to any hearing before the Value Adjustment Board and will result in a savings to the homeowner of approximately $36,109 per year.
