Take I-95 Southbound and travel towards I-395. Take exit 2-B (right turn) towards US-1/Biscayne Boulevard. Take your first right off the off-ramp (at the light), travel straight to SE 1st Street. Turn left on SE 1st Avenue. One Biscayne Tower building is on the left. One Biscayne Tower Parking is the second parking garage you come to on the left. Visitors should keep to the left and drive straight up the ramp to obtain their parking ticket. Take the garage elevator to the lobby. Then Take the lobby elevator to the 31st floor.
Directions via I-95 from South of Miami
Take I-95 Northbound and travel towards I-395. Take exit 2-A towards US-1/Biscayne Boulevard. Take your first right off the off-ramp (at the light), travel straight to SE 1st Street. Turn left on SE 1st Avenue. One Biscayne Tower building is on the left. One Biscayne Tower Parking is the second parking garage you come to on the left. Visitors should keep to the left and drive straight up the ramp to obtain their parking ticket. Take the 1st elevator to the lobby. Then Take the lobby elevator to the 31st floor.
Directions via the Florida Turnpike:
Take Turnpike Southbound or Northbound until it merges with I-95. Then follow directions above for Northbound and Southbound I-95.
