About The Firm

South Florida Personal Injury Law Firm

Miami-Dade County · Broward County · Lee County

At Freidin Dobrinsky Brown & Rosenblum, P.A., our lawyers operate under four guiding principles:

1. We prepare as if every case is going to trial.
We are trial lawyers in Miami, having handled with more than 300 jury trials, and while not every case goes to court, we are ready and willing to go before judges and juries to seek justice for our clients. If defense lawyers and insurance companies perceive that we always work our hardest to be formidable opponents, our reputation may help our results for personal injury, insurance bad faith, auto accident, medical malpractice, consumer fraud and wrongful death cases.

Partner Philip Freidin has been lead counsel on more than 135 jury trials, a far greater amount of experience than that of many entire law firms.  Manuel Dobrinsky and  Randy Rosenblum, experienced trial attorneys, also are instructors for The National Institute of Trial Advocacy, where they teach trial skills to lawyers from around the country. Joel Brown, Former Chief Judge for the 11th Circuit in Miami-Dade County, spent more than 20 years deciding cases in South Florida. Joel Brown brings his in-depth knowledge of the legal process — gained during 22 years on the bench — to each and every client.

Three of our attorneys are Florida Bar board certified specialists in civil trial law and are among only one percent of Florida lawyers who are experts in civil trial. Board certification evaluates attorneys' special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in practice. Board certification is The Florida Bar's highest evaluation of attorneys' competence and experience in one or more of the 24 areas of law approved for certification by the Supreme Court of Florida. Florida Bar board certified lawyers have demonstrated ability and experience in their fields and professionalism within the legal community.

There are more than 98,000 lawyers in Florida, but less than one percent are certified specialists in civil trial law, according to the Florida Bar. At Freidin Dobrinsky Brown & Rosenblum, P.A., you can be assured that a certified trial law specialist will be involved in your case.

2. We treat our clients with dignity.
Often, the pursuit of justice can be a lengthy process. Throughout this journey, we never lose sight of our clients' best interests. Our South Florida lawyers strive to provide personal attention, pragmatic legal advice/help, and continuous updates to keep clients informed at all times. We care about our clients, their health, their recovery and their families.

3. We focus on quality legal services rather than volume.
We realize that success comes not from trying to be all things to all people, but from a true focus on those areas where our experience and capabilities potentially can have a strong impact on the desired outcome of our cases and our clients' futures. Accordingly, we focus our legal services on personal injury cases involving:

Focusing our legal services on areas in which we can maximaize our experience not only allows us to represent victims, but often results in legal precedents that can make our country a safer place to live and work.

4. We put hard work, full resources and commitment into every case.
Since we don't focus on volume, we are able to give our full attention to the clients with whom we are working. Our Miami attorneys work all cases as a team, with several attorneys involved in case planning, analysis and strategy. We use a multitude of sophisticated litigation techniques, including forensics and computer simulations. We also use leading medical professionals and experts to help in case evaluation and preparation.
